Retail Litigation Center’s 2014 Annual Report Details Its Efforts to Influence Courts in Support of Retailers

On February 3, 2015, the Retail Litigation Center released its 2014 Annual Report, summarizing the positions that the Center took in twenty different cases in 2014, and reporting on the outcome of those cases.  The lion’s share of the cases involve labor and employment issues, but the Center also weighed in on class action, intellectual property, and other cases of importance to the retail industry.  The entire report can be found here.
